My Koji Romance IPA - Wooden Nickel Collab

For our collaboration with Wooden Nickel Pub we delved back into the world of sake beers by crafting a Koji IPA brewed with rice, barley, and Citra Cryo. While this beer is bursting with bright citrus notes from Citra, the interactions with Ben’s American Sake house koji lends beautiful notes of orange blossom, orange creamsicle, and juicy fruit. This one-of-a-kind banger is unique in that an umami mouthfeel plays with the bitterness of the beer, getting us closer to our goal of creating the perfect interaction of koji and hops. Show Less
