Very dark brown (near black). Chocolate and malty aroma. Dark, deep malty palate. Maybe a little woody as well. A dry, smoky slightly bitter end. Feels closer to a porter than a bitter really. Nice winter beer tho

Advent beer 18 is a dark beer which was more a Porter or even stout than a bitter. Burnt malty flavours. A great wintery beer, just not sure about the style.
