Slightly cloudy pale yellow, frothy white head. Smells quite funky, dry, something reminding of truffle. Light but highly carbed, too much for me. Taste is very funky, cheese rind, dry and dusty. Light hints of smoke and citrus peel. Fun, but overcarbed.
