Una excelente Hoppy Farmhouse Saison, con notas muy marcadas a cítricos, dulzor sutil y acidez balanceada, al igual las notas funky son perceptibles pero no saturan en aroma, me recuerda un poco a una lambic por las notas como madera de Foeder!
