2022/7/4。 細くレモンとマスカットっぽさを、感じるアロマ、口に含むとやや薄味のグレープフルーツさを感じ、まるで脂身のある上質な肉が舌の上でとろけるかのように瞬時に風味が抜けていく。余韻としてミネラル感と仄かな酵母感。香りも味わいも全体的に細く、非常に繊細。
