Certainly more vinegar on the nose, but really well balanced on the taste. Fruity, figs and plum. Not overly acidic. Reminds me of an Oud Briun

2+ years cellared at 12°; old oak and red wine, hint of cocoa. Very much a Flanders Red, we think it needs braised short rib!

Bonne bière! Peut être trop vinaigrée à mon goût! Les petits fruits sont cependant bienn présents!

P: Clear, deep red. Thin head. A: Ripe berries, balsamic. T: Quite acid with berries & vinegar showing off over woodsy, acetic character.

Ruby red, no head. S: cherry, acetic. T: balsamic, frutty finish. Big acidity but the fruity finish tones it down a bit. At least 3y old.

Évidemment très acide mais je m’attendais à pire. Quand même pas si mal, d’autant plus que ça date de 2014. Merci Phil S.
