There has been a huge amount of single hopped beers brewed in the UK over the past few years and many of these have helped us (and surely many others) to better understand hop flavours. When discussing the third pale ale for our core range, we wanted to create a beer that really showcased hop flavours (read shit-loads of hops!) but one that continued our learning, so Duet was born. In Duet we explore hop combinations by using two different hops each time over the same very light base beer. Sometimes we try to match flavours in the two hops, other times we look for contrast, we are often very surprised with the end result, however the one thing you can bank on, is that this beer will be hoppy as hell!
