Bbf 2027-10-30 … hätte also noch gekonnt 🤣 Aber nach ‚nur‘ 6,5 Jahren schon sehr harmonisch und trinkig. Tolle Sauerteigaromen und gefährlich wenig Trinkwiderstand.

Too far on the dark side? Tobacco leaf, cigars and prunes overpowering everything else. Walnuts, liquorice, dark chocolate and raisins underneath. Leathery finish with a little bit of bitterness hinting to an overaged barley wine.
