Crunchy green apples and white grapes on a bed of hay and grass; tart at first, but really mellows out; a taste of freshly picked green apples on the finish and a little acidity, and a mouth drying, moreish, finish.

I do like a bit of Little Earth..again tart funk on the nose followed by honeyed tartness on the taste..definite malty lager undertones.. very clean and fresh with a light herbal background
