This is really good! Not as sour as one would expect, nor as red wine'y but I love that. Getting loads of rhubarb for some reason. Maybe also apple. Hint more sour and this would be perfect. So soft! 4.3

NYE. My god does this go well with mature cheddar! You can detect the influence of the grapes but it's reminiscent of cider and cider vinegar. You could think about it all day without pinning down the taste; it definitely crosses over from grain to apple

Low carb but it suits it. Beautifully riddled with the pinot noir - ample tannins. But also underpinned by a very apple-y funk. Without detracting from its own terroir-led merits, it's genuinely akin to a Cantillon lambic.
