Apple and fruity. Slight funky.

Tart aromas of ripe apples, lemon juice and slightly woody. Slight salinity on the taste with tart apples, oak, reminiscent of green fields but carbonation too low for the style. Rounds nicely on the finish with cider backnotes.

Cider apples, white wine vinegar with a touch of peppery heat. Really rather sour for a saison. Tastes a lot like other LEP's stuff, but that's all lovely too so happy days

Quite acidic for a saison. Appley and funky and a bit vinous. Low carbonation is expected for the style but this is almost completely flat. Unfortunately there’s also a somewhat noticeable, solvent-like chemical note. Otherwise would be lovely.

Funky complex and gorgeous

Very sour saison, completely masking the saison yeast character. Why bother making it a saison instead of a straightforward pale ale sour?
