Nov 12 2015. Aroma is butterscotch, pear & spice. Acidic with a gripping bitterness. The berry fruit is present but taking a backseat to the snappy saison-esque candi sugar sweetness & fuzzy carbonation. Can't detect any melon.

A much better Saison than the absence of apple version. Crisper and drier, slightly bready, perfect fizz. The absence of melon is absolute.
