Winter Plum Sour

Our quarterly Winter Plum Sour is brewed in small 15 barrel batches and carefully encouraged to sour in the kettle over several days before being fermented and then blended with local black plums and plum puree from Oregon. The result is an effervescently delightful beer., with a delicately sweet floral aroma and subtly sweet and tart finish. The body is light, and the color is a muted shade of purple. This beer is a delicious standalone beverage or to refresh the palate when paired with funky and savory dishes. Show Less
