MB Blonde Solera - Peach (2023)

2023 Beehive Brew-off Silver medal winner, 2023 Homebrewtah Silver medal winner. Collab with Brandon, Chaz, Devin, Jeff, and Nate. Barrel aged Blonde base beer aged in neutralized 30 gallon Sugar House Distillery barrel, soured with Bootleg Biology MTF Funk Island. This is the third pull off the Solera (10 gallons) which was then aged several months on a combination of freeze-dried peaches and dried apricots (35lbs fresh fruit equivalent). Very peach-forward on both the aroma and the flavor with some really pleasant accompanying funk. Show Less
