Jim Pilgrim is drinking a Maltissimo by Milltown Brewing Co. at The Dusty Miller Inn
They've only ever made two barrels of this, apparently. One eight years ago, and one two weeks ago. As the name would suggest, it's malty, dark, and rich. It's also as smooth as a well polished dolphin. Very traditional, and rather lovely.
