Very biscuity aroma. Delicate fruitiness with moderate bitterness. While this really might be the ale version of a pilsner, I think I could tell the styles apart in a blind tasting because a kölsch has a bit more of the fruity esters and taste.

It’s actually easy to mistake a kölsch for a pilsner if you aren’t careful. There’s a bit more fruitiness in the kölsch. And it’s lighter in body. This one is quite good. Delicate fruitiness, moderate bitterness. Finishes a little dry.
