El Guerrero

Como estilo, la IPA fue elaborada por primera vez
para los veranos calurosos de India. Como habrás
adivinado, también es un estilo perfecto para
nuestros días calurosos de verano. Nuestra primer
IPA refleja nuestra preferencia por un estilo la
malta-delante. Tomamos algo de influencia de los
británicos con su IPA malta-delante, lo combinamos
con Cascade Americana y lúpulo Citra, y nació El
Guerrero. El color ámbar oscuro complementa la
espuma blanca como la nieve. El bouquet es
complejo: vainilla y café de la malta, piña y especies
exóticas del lúpulo. El dulzor inicial de la malta
rápidamente pasa al amargor del lúpulo Cascade
pero acaba brillante y limpio gracias al lúpulo Citra.

As a style, the IPA was first brewed for the hot
summers of India. As you might have guessed, this is a
perfect style for our hot summer days, too. Our
first IPA reflects our preference for a malt-forward
style. We took some influence from the British
with their malt-forward IPA, combined it with
American Cascade and Citra hops, and The Warrior
was born. Dark amber in color compliments the
snow-white head. The bouquet is complex: vanilla
and coffee from the malt, and pineapple and exotic
spices from the hops. The initial sweetness of the
malt quickly gives way to the bitterness of
Cascade hops but finishes bright and clean thanks
to the Citra hops. Show Less
