Bines Like Dimes

If you swing by the brewery on a brew day, there's a good chance you'll hear some MF DOOM playing through the speakers. As we've done with a few of our releases in the past, we like to pay homage to artists that have had an impact on us and this one was a long time coming. For this hazy, we grabbed some super expressive Luminosa hops from Indie Hops, the minds behind some killer varieties, most noteworthy being Strata. To accentuate the hop profile of Luminosa, we layered in some Citra & Ekuanot Cryo. The result is big hop aromas that jump out of the glass and hits you with some delicious mango, tangerine, lemongrass, peach, grape, and pineapple flavors on the pallet.
