H01

Hoppy is an interesting category for us. There was a lot of discussion if we even thought it was one that we should pursue. However, we kept thinking back to those old school IPA’s that were actually clean, fruit forward and drinkable. H01 is inspired by those memories with a slight malty sweet backbone balancing out the hops. We double dry hop with Belma & Idaho 7 for a juicy burst of pineapple, strawberry and grapefruit sweetness. British ale yeast offers notes of stone fruit, and slight vanilla into the mix. The result in our opinion is what a hoppy beer should always be - drinkable and delicious. Show Less
