Winterface 2022

This years Winterface Ale was brewed using pale ale malt, flaked rye and a plethora of specialty malts. We added fresh orange zest, a bit of ginger, freshly crushed cinnamon sticks and cloves to the end of boil and then aged it on Madagascar vanilla beans and more cinnamon sticks to create a festive winter treat!

Notes of caramel, toffee and plum give way to a bright citrus character. The vanilla helps to provide a smooth body highlighted by notes of baked goods and holiday spices. The perfect beer for these cold winter nights! Show Less
