Sweet and fruity, with caramel and a hint of smoke. Like PX aged in an Islay whisky cask. Wonderful stuff. Edit: after six hours in the glass this was silky smooth and even better than before. Marks upped from 4.5 accordingly.

very old school barley wine, with flavours of toffee, nutty, oak and hints of sherry and whisky. Silky body, with a good bittersweet balance (more towards the sweet than bitter tho). Great
