Oh hell yeah! Let's be upfront: this is a brilliant BA stout. It's so layered: malty cacao base, peated scotch, a vanilla tone, LOTS of wood (I love wood), a dry finish. Scent has whisky at first, roast and liquorice a bit later. What a treat, this beer.

Awesome, underrated peated BA imperial stout with 13% ABV, aged in scotch and whiskey barrels. Smooth, very smoky, ashes, peated whisky, coffee, dark chocolate, salt, oak, licorice. Perfect stuff, that's the kind of beer I love.

Amerikanen houden echt niet van turf haha! Niks mis mee. Geur vrij heftig rook/turf. Smaak wat subtieler. Is redelijk dunne stout, met wel een mooie roast. Een combinatie van Schotse whisky en Amerikaanse whiskey. Lichte turf in de slok, iets scherp booze
