Distant Stargazer is our newest murky double IPA, drawing its inspiration from the luscious flavors found in tropical smoothies. Its aromatic profile features notes of candied peaches, papaya, and a zesty hint of lime, while each sip unveils a flavorful medley of pineapple sorbet, mango, and creamy coconut. Distant Stargazer stars Mosaic hops from Loftus Ranches in Washington and Motueka hops from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. To add an even fruitier twist, we've subtly woven in a small amount of Sabro Cryo hops, where its mango and coconut notes beautifully interplay with the flavors of Mosaic and Motueka, forming a balanced and complex brew.
