Bourbon spirit and spice, charred oak tannin, vanillin, coconut from the barrel. Caramel, toffee, molasses, some maple, cocoa powder, nougat, some nuttiness, roasted malt, and some dark chocolate round it out. Least favorite of the series, but still great
