Found a case of mixed Russian River sours in the basement from my travels years ago. A bottle date of 05/15/17. It's good and still drinkable but there is a bitter tannic finish that's rather prominent killing the other tart/fruity nuances I remember.

This is exceptional. Aged has worn well, washed away the wine bitterness and mellowed the Brett. Remains are light, fruity, funk and delicious. Some wood tannins. Really enjoyable.
