Double IPA: Janus

This beer is released one year to the day of our first brew at Second Self. The character is Janus, god of beginnings, gateways and transitions. As we go forward to our second year of Second Self, we look to the past year but also to our future. We want to continue to push ourselves. This is our strongest beer yet. A Double IPA that is ROBUST and HOPPY, full of JUICY and CITRUSY hops with a nice MALTY finish to balance it out. The bitterness is there but with all our beers there is some restraint so it goes down smooth and will always work well with food.
