Only Rats Jump Ship

The latest addition to our line-up of aromatic, juicy IPA's. The secondary dry hop of Zappa hops( Named after Frank Zappa, in collaboration with the Zappa family, this hop is as counterculture as the musician himself.) results in an enhanced nose of citrus, melon, and Fruity Pebbles. The flavor brings intense Sauvignon Blanc characters, refreshingly pithy bitterness and just a touch of toasted malt. Medium bodied with a dry finish. Also it's purple, just because why not?. "What will you do when the label comes off, And the plastic's all melted, And the chrome is too soft?"
