Niet verrassend neigt het naar een barrel aged barley wine. Bourbon is present, maar uiteindelijk is het vooral hout. Geen mango meer. Al met al een stuk bitterder dan ik verwacht had, bijna vier jaar na de tht.

I don't know if this tasted more like an ipa when it was fresh but more than 2 yrs past its best before its firmly into barley wine territory. Still hoppy, and alarmingly drinkable. The mango tastes more like apple which compliments the strong bourbon ba.
