A collaborative effort brewed with the great people Yakima Chief Hops, our primary hop supplier. This beer is brimming with Citra® Hop character. We used YCH Trial 702 which is a late stage whirlpool extract product as well as CO2 extract in the kettle, we then dry hopped with select lots of T90, Citra Cryo™ pellets and Citra American Noble™ hop pellets. This beer is delightfully soft on the pallet with flavors and aromas of peach, lychee, citrus fruits and excellent hop "green" character but without the harshness or bitterness. Show Less
