NiMo Elvis

Through the depths of lockdown, Downtown became a ghost town. Some days no one would even walk by much less come inside. Spending so much time alone, you begin to make friends with passing ghosts, apparitions, and maybe even posters in a window across the street

Morning coffee with NiMo Elvis became a daily routine. We’d have in-depth conversations about sparge temperatures, whether biotransformation is really a thing, and what kind of bear is best. Inevitably, we ended up talking about beer, and learned his favorite style is a Double IPA.

This beer is dedicated to NiMo Elvis, for getting us through first lockdown, second lockdown, cluster zones, and whatever comes next! Cheers and rock on!
