Last can of this beer from NEBR23. Per the guidance from The Alchemist, I am drinking from the can. Beers from VT are a whole different breed, some of the best in this country. Overripe peach with overwhelming earthy bitterness.

Taylor Friedman: Wish I made the trip there this summer after hill farmstead. I’ve always wanted to try their brewery exclusives. Never been inside the facility but I went during the middle of the pandemic when they were doing curbside.

Wayne D: All the beers are can pours there in the brewery, with one exception. This year they had Heady as a hand-pulled pour. It comes out with a big head (i.e., kinda "heady" 😉), so therefore much less carbonation, but somehow sweeter and more mellow.
Dana Chandler: I love how they say right on the can to drink it from the can. At least that’s what HT says. I imagine this is the same.
Wayne D: It is printed on the cans of their standard brews, Heady Topper and Focal Banger, and even on the wall art in the brewery. Although it is not on the cans of their other brews like this one, I think the guidance still applies!
