For this batch of Skadoosh, we decided to experiment with Loral hops. A cross breed of the Nugget and Glacier hop, this hop brings a light and bright fruitiness with a touch of floral and citrus. The ester profile of the yeast really shines through on this batch. Read Less

For this landmark iteration of Skadoosh, we decided to use TriplePearl hops from our friends at Yakima Chief. A variant of the Perle hop, this unique addition brings a bit of an earthy character similar to more traditional and classic hops. Lower bitterness on the back end, some great melon and fruit characters shine through. Read Less

This is a very special version of Skadoosh brewed exclusively for the Barcelona Beer Festival on St. Patrick's Day Weekend! After years of discussion, we were finally able to line everything up for this fantastic brew! Unlike most other releases of Skadoosh, we used a much more complex hop bill for this iteration. There's Simcoe Lupulin powder, Columbus, and Mosaic in the whirlpool. It's then dry hopped with Mosaic, Idaho7, and Columbus. The result is a ripe fruit filled, slightly dank IPA with a beautifully bright color. One of our most complex Skadoosh releases to date! Read Less
