It’s too bad jt takes 5+ years for Bruery beers to mellow out. They’re solid when the booze smooths out.

This beer is 7 years old, surprisingly it’s held chocolate and vanilla flavors. The bourbon has faded away but so will I after I conquer this on a solo mission at 15.1% ABV.
