Cascade was the original American hop variety and we wanted to brew a beer to showcase the nuances of it. To do this, we sourced cascade from three different growing regions: Yakima Valley, New York State, and the Midwest. Although all these hops are Cascade, each region’s crop brought out different characteristics of the hop. We double dry hopped this beer with a blend of each region’s hops and lupulin powder for a dynamic Cascade experience. Show Less
