Cellared 2 years - Nose: maintains bourbon, cherry, vanilla but less jerky. Body: so smooth, the 13% is entirely absent. Profile: very bright with earthy sourness, less toasted nuts but more wood; the cherry and vanilla balances the bourbon. Still good!
