Aroma a manzana con ese toque a vinagre que cada vez me gusta más. El sabor muy rico, quiere ser dulce pero aparecen de inmediato las notas ácidas y agrias. La pera le da finura y la elevada carbonatacion no molesta en absoluto. Muy conseguida.
