Real Birds Are Real

We’ve all grown up with the common understanding that birds are real. However, after receiving some classified information from our friends at Green Cheek Beer Co. we felt obligated to share our recent findings in the form of a collaboration brew based on extensive research done by Peter McIndoe.

Pouring a deep yellow, Real Birds are Real is a bright West Coast IPA featuring the hoppy triumvirate of Nelson, Simcoe, and Mosaic. Leading with a medley of white grape, lemon zest, and floral pine, the back of the palate leans more traditional with clean malt presence, finishing with a soft, grassy bitterness.
