Kolding Gylden

Kolding Golden Inspired by the classic English "Pale Ale", which means something like "pale beer". With the usual English understatement, there is little cracker than either the British or Danish pale ale types, as our Kolding Golden everyone has a great, red-gold glow over them. We use a solid foundation of pale ale malt, providing a fresh biscuit scent to the beer, and add large amounts Southern English hops for an aromatic, inviting beer experience - and even a touch of the American Cascade for a breath of fresh air. With a small part special roasted malts we get the nice fresh color up - no mega brewer's beloved caramel goop! Show Less
