A bit yeasty. But that could be the earthy gingerroot. Yeah - after the first sip some hints of the fresh peach come through, and the ginger is strong in a good way.

Hazy. Notes of spiced fruit and pine. Medium body. Tad bitter ginseng start followed by bits of peaches over a dry pine body with champagne notes on the back end. Dry finish with fairly low bitterness and a slight hint of orange tang to it.
