Milou

Inspired by beers like Taras Boulba (Brasserie De La Senne) and De Ranke XX, the Belgian pale ale is known for a slightly salty profile with classic Belgian yeast esters (banana, apricot, bandaid) and often paired with European hops (herbal, spicy) instead of the American stuff (fruity, dank) we're all well-accustomed to here. Think of it as a pale ale, lager and witbier rolled up in a Belgian flag.
