Aged 8.5 years (mostly in fridge). One I drank fresh in ‘15 & now this one. Black w/ mocha head. Nose is traditional roasted stout. Assumed the pepper would be gone. Nope. Habernero is front & center. Slight vanilla, but habanero peppers steal the show.

Ouff, Au nez le piquant est déjà present avec la cannelle. Très bien balancée, la vanille chocolat piment café s’amalgament parfaitement. Le côté épicé 🌶️ est enrobant et pas trop present. Meilleure stout épicée à date
