Overlook Estate Piedmont Ale

This beer is made from our natural water source deep below our fields, barley and wheat we grow next to the brewhouse, and fermented with yeast native to our farm. The yeast was wild-captured on one of the farm's rolling hills in the grain field, overlooking the brewhouse barn. The water, grains, and yeast come from within hundreds of feet of where we make the beer.

Overlook began as an experiment. It’s based on a hunch we had about how this strain of wild yeast might perform under certain conditions. We’ve used this yeast many times for open fermentation, barrel aging, and bottle conditioning. This process typically lasts many months to a couple of years before the beer is ready.

- Wheatland Spring Water
- Wheatland Spring Estate Barley and Wheat (Grown next to our brewhouse)
- Wheatland Spring Native Yeast (Wild-captured in our grain field)
- Old World Hops

- Stainless steel fermented for 2 months
