This Czech style Pils is true to the old world style it emulates. At first you’ll notice the clean minerality of the aroma followed by a soft fresh-baked-bready flavor supported by a slightly floral hop character from a late addition of East Kent Goldings hops (which is a deviation from the Czech, who use spicy Saaz hops) and finishing with a clean and refreshing bite of unlingering bitterness.
