Quite tasty, although I'm not sure this needs to be served as a pint. Quite sour. Very peachy. Lactose and its mouthfeel make this like a sour peach yogurt. Lightly carbonated. I'd like to have this side-by-side with Hudson Valley Peach Silhouette.
