We decided to name this delicious Robust Porter after one of our favorite ski runs at our local, independent ski resort, Monarch Mountain, located just 15 minutes from our brewery. During the late summer hop harvest, breweries worldwide release annual Wet Hop (or Fresh Hop) beers. Getting the hops from the bine to the brewery as quickly as possible allows the hop to be presented in its’ most unadulterated form and freshest flavor. 2023's brew showcases Copper hops from the Billy Goat Hop Farm in Montrose, Colorado. We were able to get them from the farm to our facility in under 3 hours.
Pouring hazy and golden with a brilliant white head, this IPA has aromas of white peach, lemon pith, and fresh-cut grass—restrained bitterness. Notes of fruit punch, citrus, and pepper hit the palate. Read Less
