Eine moderne Interpretation eines Broyhan. Leichte Säure, schlank, etwas wie ein sehr leichtes Hefeweizen. Wahrscheinlich nicht so wahnsinnig authentisch, aber schon lecker und interessant! Ist wohl ohne Gewürze.
