Second mead I've had. Has the cleanness of a cider (not a cider at all, just referencing the clean nature of a cider) but the syrupy nature of the honey. On the sweeter side but not overly sweet. It's potent, that surprised me. Overall, enjoying it.

It's like a blend of a maibock, helles, and Vienna. Malty sweetness like a Vienna brings, but has a mild hoppiness and still maintains the bock base.

Yeah, that's chocolate mousse in liquid form. Untitled Art has these unique stouts down. A taster size is enough, it's sweet.and rich, but they nailed the flavor.
