My terrible chat has sent my travelling companion to sleep, leaving me, myself and I to Untap the final three beers in our apartment fridge. This one was wonderful. Deep red/light brown, malty sweet dark ale that poured well and was imbibed in peace.

It took me a triangulam of streets to find this fab venue, but was it worth it you ask. Aye. Great Pale Ale from the wee chap who made my fav beer of 2024 Nuts Nurme Baltic Porter. Hoppy, clean and sweet.

Alex Low: Difficult to find. Last proper Porter nearly 24 hours ago. Don't seem to have any stouts at all, apart from Guinness.
Keith Fortune: Bloody Guinness. When that's about I guess it kills the competition unfortunately.

These Vienna lagers are running a close second to Bavarian Pils in Eastern Europe. Bring back the USSR I say. Very nice ale actually, imbibed in a local Latvian libation imperium.
Final beer of Riga 2024, and it's another Vienna style red ale, which seem incredibly popular in this neck of the Baltics. Quite hoppy and harsh, but an acceptable last ale of this trip. Should've known better than to let the Yorkshire man take the photo!
