Rich H: I'm not sure about chocolate peanut butter rimmed beer. Creative - will say that.
Ben is drinking a Ghost Note Preserves - Fantasia Nectarine (11/14/22) by Casey Brewing & Blending
Very strong acidity in the aroma with slight barnyard wafts. The fruit/base beer complexity is wonderful. Slight nectarine presence amongst the light lactic, straw, funk base saison provide great balance. The finishing sweetness is deftly executed.

Banana and pepper up front with a sultry bourbon, oxidative lacing. Thick and syrupy with a lot of dark sugars being a sturdy base to the balanced bourbon, coconut flavors. The Belgian essence isn't prominent outside of the alcohol warming finish.
Ben is drinking a Yuza Blonde Ale by Dokkaebier
Strong, sharp citrus aroma with a mild sugary base. A nice mild citrus flavor holds onto the palate from the beginning to the end. Has a meek lemonade quality without the cloying sugars. A nice refreshing summer beer.
Ben is drinking a Ghirardelli Chocolate Peanut Butter Imp Stout by San Francisco Brewing Co.
Haven't had a rimmed glass in a while. Smooth chocolate with mild peanut notes. Acidic chocolate further accentuated with the meek, thin body. Peanut presence is well in the after of the acidic cocoa. The rim helps a bit.
Strong raspberry acidity up front softened with cocoa. Very imbalanced and potentially infected. A lot of strong, harsh berry acidity taking away from the stout base leaving a dry, though pleasing red wine air. Very disappointed.
