much more traditional, strong hop bite with just a touch of creamy curd. Initially, I didn't like it as much; it's clearly a different take from the others, but as it opened up, it is quite excellent, if, again, more common in profile.

Post Nebraska Half Marathon reward! Amazingly, it seems to have helped calm my stomach. Wonderfully pillowy, clean, crisp, w/o any of the tangy/grassy notes that I sometimes find offputting in Pilsners. This one's a keeper.
